PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
MP3 TrackMaker is an MP3 audio editing utility that is used to split up an MP3 into multiple files (tracks) or to join MP3s into one larger MP3 (mix). This utility is perfect for dividing up those long radio shows or mixes that you have. MP3 TrackMaker is great for those burned CDs: now you can avoid having one 70 minute track and instead create your own tracks. Joining MP3s into a single mix allows for easy transportation of your audio without the hassle of worrying about multiple files.
The demo version has all the features of the registered version except it can only split an MP3 into a maximum of three tracks and can only join a maximum of 3 tracks. CUE file features are also disabled.

You can now use custom artist and title naming when splitting. This gives you more control over the names of files when they are split. If you have a CUE file with artist and title information, it will automatically be imported. This new feature saves loads of time! -NEW FEATURE-

Now supports Winamp! Simply pause audio in Winamp where you want to set a breakpoint, and hit 'Get Winamp Position' in MP3 TrackMaker, and the time will be inserted into the track time list.

From the MP3'Tech website. Despite its name, LAME is perhaps the best free MP3 encoder available. Download and run to extract the LAME_ENC.DLL file. Make sure you copy that file into the folder where GoldWave is installed (usually C:\Program Files\GoldWave) or you can copy it into the C:\Windows\System (or equivalent) folder.
